Explanation of our Planned Work Flow Phases:
We build custom websites for small to medium sized businesses. And, WebBrite is committed to actualizing our clients' goals. Therefore, we believe in giving the highest quality work and guarantee satisfaction.
Phases that we follow to maintain the work flow for your web site design.
I. Phase One: Define the Project
1. Gather Information
Understand the company
· We meet, exchange ideas, take a tour and the Web Project Manager, Nancy, begins to learn and research to become an “expert user” in the business.
• To protect both the client's and the developer's interests, we sign a contract. This sets the ground work for working together to complete a quality Web site in a timely and amenable way.
· We gather existing marketing materials: brochures, newsletters, newspaper articles, menus, logos, letterheads, awards, photos, anything in print, CD, or video.
· We discuss the general marketing plan and determine your company's goals.
· We analyze the client's industry.
Understand competitors’ sites
· We analyze your competitors' sites and other marketing material to see what is currently working for them.
· We determine what about the competitors sites is not working.
Understand the Client's Potential Audience
· We identify your audience’s technical capabilities.
· We determine why the audience will come to your site so that we can build it to give them information, services, or products they are looking for.
2. We ask the client to assign a dedicated person to the role of content management from within the client's company who understands marketing, your business, and can make content available for us.
3. We set up arranged communication at scheduled times. Exchange email and snail mail addresses.
4. We identify Backend Programming needs.
5. We send a list of questions to be filled out by your technical department if you have one, otherwise we will help you get the answers
6. WebBrite's project manager writes a creative brief for the WebBrite team.
7. You receive a Proposal/Project description & Budget from us and respond to it.
8. First 30% payment due to begin work

II. Phase Two: Develop Site Structure
- Design and development process begins.
- We outline the content.
- We lay out your site structure.
- We either post, fax, or snail-mail you a flowchart/ sitemap for your approval.
- You respond to it.
- We wireframe primary pages (sketch rough drafts).
- We establish navigation, page flow, content organization, layout and user paths.
- We begin naming and labeling graphics and pages.
- We post a calendar and requested items (deliverables) needed to produce your site on the client project site.

III. Phase Three: Visual Design and Testing
- We continue to edit, revise and add to deliverables provided by you.
- We create the Prototype of the site.
- We present the first round of page design/layout. Three pages of the Creative are presented online for your review.
- You review the "look and feel" and make comments. Adjustments are made.
- Upon approval of the Creative, our team creates a Design Style Guide and distributes it among our team members.
- Second 30% payment due upon approval of the Creative

IV. Phase Four: Production and Quality Assurance
1.Production begins using prototype as the outline and structure. Design HTML code, table layouts, graphics, text, colors, internal and external links, and email links.
2. Build more pages.
3. Begin usability Testing/ Quality Control.
4. We confirm all specified browser and platform compatibility.

V. Phase Five: Launch
1. Delivery
· Upload site (Third and Final Payment due)
· Your site is moved to your host server for testing.
· You tell the world about your site in all your marketing. We can help.
2. Remainder of the development cost invoiced at the completion of the project
3. Arrange with WebBrite for continued maintenance of the site, if desired.
4. We have a post-launch meeting.
